The Weis Family Newsletter 2017

2017 Family PicThere were several things of note that happened in 2017, but perhaps the top story of the year is Christina realizing her life’s dream of becoming a nurse. Since her graduation, she has been working at Florida Hospital Altamonte, one of the larger hospitals in our area. Her next goal is to get into an ICU or PCU floor at the hospital.

John is now in his ninth year of working at JKR Advertising & Marketing, as well as their two sister companies. Shortly after the New Year, John may be part of something very exciting in connection with the Florida Flight, the semipro basketball team he’s worked with for most of the last decade. More details will follow as they become available.

Now in her third year in the Boston area, Chawney is still enjoying life in the snow-covered Northeast. She continues to work at Wentworth Institute of Technology as Operations Coordinator. Just as the famous song says, she will be home for Christmas.

JR and Savanna celebrated their first wedding anniversary this month. JR also started a new job at Universal Studios as a Controls Technician in charge of maintaining one of the rides. Meanwhile, Savanna continues to teach at Seminole Science School; she’s now in her third year there.

Morris the Cat turned 14 a couple months ago and continues to be loving and affectionate when it’s convenient for him.

Christmas is a day of both joy and love. May God bless you abundantly with both! Merry Christmas from the Weises!

“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” (Luke 2:14)
